ROW's are marked by lines and dimensions outside of private property surveys. This areas covers streets, curb, ditches, manholes, storm inlet boxes and all underground utilities for storm water, waste water, cold water, natural gas, and various electrical lines and conduits.
If your project needs this design planning you know it is special and time consuming. Our last project cover 190 feet of arch style reinforced concrete pipe with two new manholes, relocation of a natural gas line, and approvals by CenterPoint, AT&T, and the City of Houston Engineering Office.
